HO-scale GP30 Locomotive in CSX 4224, YN2 livery, designed for realistic CSX freight power on an HO layout. This detailed model captures the GP30’s updated body and era styling, delivering a prototypical CSX locomotive that fits a mid-1960s to 1970s roster.

Stealth Series and DCC-Ready out of the box with no sound, an 8-ohm speaker is installed to simplify adding a sound decoder. Front and rear lights are directional, with other lighting powered by track power. The ABS body rides on a die-cast chassis for durability and solid pulling power, while prototypically accurate CSX paint and road numbers are complemented by many separately applied details. Two metal Kadee-compatible couplers are included, and the model will operate on Code 70, Code 83, and Code 100 track with an 18-inch minimum radius. Road-specific details include truck sideframes, dynamic brake hatch, roof fan arrangement, and precise hood and pilot details to mirror CSX GP30s of the era.
