The Cobra 10 electronic speed control and 1406-4600KV sensored motor combo is a high-performance control system designed for 1:10-scale vehicles up to 7 pounds and 1:8-scale buggies up to 9 pounds. It pairs a 32-bit dual-core processor for smooth, precise motor control with advanced data logging to help analyze performance. The CNC aluminum bottom case offers rugged durability, and CRYO-DRIVE cooling helps reduce operating temperatures and extend the life of the ESC. An adjustable internal BEC (5.0–8.0V in 0.1V steps, up to 8A) powers demanding servos, while Hill Hold increases drag-brake strength to keep the vehicle in place on inclines up to 65 degrees during crawling.

It includes a 250mm direct-connect sensor wire and supports multiple running modes, including sensored-only, brushed, and SmartSense. Tuning and firmware updates are available via the Castle Link V4 USB programmer (USB-C connector included). Audible alerts aid quick diagnosis of issues like motor over-temperature and low-voltage cutoff. The ESC is housed in a rugged CNC aluminum case sealed with waterproof epoxy for all-weather use, with bottom mounting holes for easy installation in a wide range of 1:10 and 1:8 vehicles.
