This 1/8-scale Chris-Craft Racing Runabout Boat Kit recreates the iconic 1949 Chris-Craft Racing Runabout as a 28-inch model, ideal for a striking static display. For RC enthusiasts, it can be upgraded to radio control with a two-channel radio, a Dumas #2025 motor, NiCad battery, and speed control.

The wood-framed hull is covered with expanded PVC and mahogany veneer, complemented by warm mahogany and chrome-plated deck fittings along with complete driveline hardware. The kit includes everything needed to build a handsome display model for an office or den, with the option to motorize for RC use if desired.
