Javelin Pro Stainless Steel Racing Axles are precision‑machined axles designed for derby cars, built from high‑grade 303 chromium‑nickel stainless steel and finished with a slick, non‑directional polish for consistent performance. The machining is done on a Swiss CNC turning center to watchmaker‑level accuracy, and the magnetic stainless steel construction adds durability for racing under challenging conditions.
These axles feature an oversized .093" bearing surface for a secure wheel hub fit and stable high‑speed spins, while the main shaft is reduced to .088" to fit the slots found in Derby Kits across brands and to work with the Derby Worx Pro Body Tool & Pro Body Jig for precise alignment. For final tuning toward a Rail Rider alignment and maximum speed, Derby Worx recommends using the Pro Rail Rider Tool or Pro Axle Bender.
