The Pro Wheel Mandrel (DWXPWM01) is a precision machined tool meticulously designed for holding Derby Car Wheels, making it perfect for preparing them for racing. This innovative tool features a knurled knob that allows for tool-less use, a stepped shaft face that enables reverse mounting of B.S.A. wheels, and a stepped body compatible with all low speed rotary tools.

Engineered for accuracy, the Pro Wheel Mandrel securely mounts B.S.A., Pine-Car, and Awana Derby Car wheels within the chuck of a drill or lathe. Key features include a precisely machined shaft that ensures precision when used with any drill chuck or Dremel-type tool, as well as a step-down on the shaft that allows BSA wheels to be mounted with the ‘spokes’ facing the drill chuck. This unique design simplifies work on the inside edge of the tread.

The knurled thumb screw provides an easy, screwdriver-free way to mount wheels, improving convenience over standard mandrels.
