Introducing the 1.5-meter wingspan P-51D Mustang Bind-N-Fly electric warbird, offered in Basic and Smart Basic variants. This large-scale replica recreates the iconic WWII fighter with authentic detailing and confident handling, featuring LED navigation lights, molded panel lines, removable drop tanks, and functional scale gear doors. The Smart Basic version adds AS3X stabilization and SAFE Select flight envelope protection for easier handling, while both options provide telemetry-ready electronics for real-time flight data on compatible transmitters.

Built around a durable EPO airframe reinforced with carbon fiber and wood, it uses a high-power brushless motor and a 100-amp Avian Smart ESC to drive a large-diameter four-blade prop on 6S LiPo packs (3200–7000 mAh), delivering level flight speeds above 80 mph and strong vertical performance. A three-piece wing design places the main gear in the center section and outer panels that snap together without fasteners, while retractable main gear and a tailwheel with scale shock-absorbing struts enable operation from grass or pavement. No glue is required for assembly, and a factory-applied Lou IV trim scheme enhances visibility and presence in flight; the Smart variant adds enhanced stabilization, safety features, and telemetry support from Avian Smart ESC on compatible Spektrum receivers and transmitters.
