Interceptor Model Rocket Kit is a modern re-release of a classic design, built for hobbyists who enjoy assembling and flying a standout model rocket. Standing at just over two feet tall, it preserves the Interceptor’s signature look while incorporating updated parts for easier assembly and improved flight. This Skill Level 2 kit is best suited for builders with some experience and requires building tools, finishing supplies, launch equipment, and engines sold separately; suitable for ages 10 and up with adult supervision for younger builders.

Its upgrades include laser-cut balsa fins, a detailed blow-molded nose cone, molded two-piece wing pods, a molded exhaust port, and waterslide decals to recreate the classic styling. The kit uses a parachute recovery system for a safe, reusable descent and is designed to fly on B4-2, B6-4, or C6-5 engines to reach up to 525 ft (160 m). The model measures about 26 inches long and 1.3 inches in diameter and weighs roughly 3.85 ounces.
