The B.O.S.S. Belt Observer Survey Ship Model Rocket Kit is a retro-inspired model rocket that lets you build and launch a distinctive spaceflight-era design. Its asymmetrical body features one tail fin, two engine pods, and a large circular stabilization plate, a nod to classic exploration hardware. Conceived more than 40 years ago in collaboration with Estes, this iconic design is being reintroduced for hobbyists today.

This kit includes premium-quality parts and detailed instructions to guide assembly, with only a few additional items required to complete a launch setup. To fly, you’ll need a Porta-Pad E Launch Pad and E Launch Controller, Estes model rocket engines, starters, recovery wadding, and four AA alkaline batteries.
