UltraCote, Pearl White (HANU840)

UltraCote Pearl White RC airplane covering is a high-tech polyester film that delivers a durable Pearl White finish for model aircraft. It uses a multi-temperature adhesive shrinkage system to apply and shape the covering smoothly, and a patented polymerizing process that permanently fuses the Pearl White color to the film, preventing color-layer separation and allowing repositioning during installation. At roughly 0.30 oz per square foot, it remains lightweight while offering fuel-proof performance against glow fuel, gas, and smoke oil, and is water-resistant.

Its shrink-and-stretch qualities help it conform to curved surfaces and wingtips, making it versatile and easy to apply on most RC aircraft needing a Pearl White finish. Adhesion to wood starts around 200–220°F, shrinkage begins around 300°F, and maximum shrinkage occurs near 350°F, giving modelers predictable heat-activated behavior for a clean, durable finish.
