UltraCote, Pearl Bright Yellow (HANU842)

UltraCote Pearl Bright Yellow is a high-tech polyester RC airplane covering that yields a vivid Pearl Yellow finish. It uses a multi-temperature adhesive shrinkage system that lets the film shrink and stretch as heat is applied, making it versatile and easy to apply to complex shapes. A patented polymerizing process permanently fuses the color to the polyester film, preventing color-layer separation and allowing repositioning during installation. The lightweight covering weighs about 0.30 oz per square foot and is fuel-proof to glow fuel, gas, and smoke oil, as well as waterproof for extra durability.

Designed for most RC aircraft needing a Pearl Bright Yellow look, this covering is forgiving to apply and delivers smooth results around curves and wingtips. When heated, adhesion begins around 200–220°F and shrinkage starts near 300°F, with maximum shrinkage at about 350°F, helping create a tight, professional finish that resists fuel and moisture.
