UltraCote Sky Blue (HANU875)

UltraCote Sky Blue RC airplane covering is a lightweight, high-tech polyester film designed to deliver a vibrant Sky Blue finish to model aircraft. It uses a multi-temperature adhesive shrinkage system and a patented polymerizing process that permanently fuses the color to the film, eliminating color-layer separation and allowing repositioning during installation. Its shrink-and-stretch properties help it wrap around tight curves and wingtips for a clean, professional look.

Designed for use on RC aircraft, this Sky Blue covering weighs about 0.30 oz per square foot and is fuel-proof to glow fuel, gasoline, and smoke oil, as well as waterproof. Adhesion to wood begins around 200–220°F, shrinkage starts around 300°F, and maximum shrinkage occurs near 350°F, giving modelers precise control over tension and finish during heating.
