UltraCote, Green (HANU880)

UltraCote Green RC airplane covering is a high‑tech polyester film designed for covering model aircraft, delivering a durable green finish with an integrated heat-activated adhesive shrinkage system. A patented polymerizing process permanently fuses the green color to the film, preventing color-layer separation and allowing the covering to be repositioned on the model during application. Its ability to shrink and stretch helps it navigate tight curves and wingtips with smooth, precise results.

Weighing in at about 0.30 oz per square foot, this lightweight covering is fuel-proof to glow fuel, gas, and smoke oil, and it’s waterproof as well. Adhesion to wood starts around 200–220 degrees Fahrenheit, with shrinkage beginning at about 300 degrees and maximum shrinkage reached near 350 degrees.
