ULTRACOTE,DARK YELLOW (HANU889)

Hangar 9 UltraCote Dark Yellow is a high-tech polyester covering for RC airplanes. It features a multi-temperature adhesive shrinkage system and a patented polymerizing process that permanently fuses the color to the film, eliminating color-layer separation and permitting repositioning of the covering on the model.

Designed to shrink and stretch for smooth curves and tight wingtips, this lightweight covering weighs about 0.30 oz per square foot. It is fuel-proof to glow fuel, gas, and smoke oil and waterproof for added durability. Adhesion begins around 200–220 degrees Fahrenheit, shrinkage onset around 300 degrees Fahrenheit, and maximum shrinkage at about 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
