UltraCote, Corsair Blue (HANU905)

UltraCote Corsair Blue RC airplane covering is a high-tech polyester film designed for model aircraft, delivering a vivid Corsair Blue finish with a unique multi-temperature adhesive shrinkage system that helps it apply smoothly to curves and wingtips. The Corsair Blue color is permanently fused to the film through a patented polymerizing process, eliminating color-layer separation and allowing repositioning during application.

Lightweight at about 0.30 oz per square foot, this covering is fuel-proof to glow fuel, gas, and smoke oil, and water resistant. Adhesion to wood begins around 200–220°F, shrinkage onset around 300°F, and maximum shrinkage at about 350°F, providing precise control for a smooth, wrinkle-free finish on complex shapes.
