UltraCote Transparent Orange is a high-tech polyester covering for RC aircraft, delivering a transparent orange finish that’s easy to apply and can be repositioned during installation for a precise look.

Designed for most RC planes needing a Transparent Orange finish, this covering uses a multi-temperature adhesive shrinkage system that lets the film shrink and stretch to follow curved surfaces. A patented polymerizing process permanently fuses the color to the polyester film, reducing color-layer separation and allowing repositioning as you fit the model. Weighing about 0.30 oz per square foot, it’s fuel-proof to glow fuel, gas, and smoke oil, and waterproof. Adhesion to wood begins around 200–220°F, with shrinkage starting around 300°F and maximum shrinkage at about 350°F.
