JConcepts Silent Speed 23T 48-pitch aluminum pinion gear is a precision-machined component for 48-pitch RC transmissions. It sets the gearing by meshing with the spur gear, controlling torque and top speed, while the Silent Speed design helps keep noise to a minimum on the track.

Machined aluminum delivers durability and true concentricity for a smooth, reliable mesh with the spur gear. It uses a 3mm set screw that accepts a 1.5mm hex wrench for secure mounting, and the size is laser-etched for quick identification on or off the vehicle. Silent Speed pinions are available in 18 to 38 teeth, providing flexible options to tune gearing for different tracks and conditions.
