The Scalpel Front Bumper Conversion Kit for Slash 4x4 is a purpose-built upgrade that reconfigures the vehicle’s front end for speed-run performance, replacing the stock bumper with a rugged, high-impact setup. Drawing on the original Scalpel design, it uses fiberglass upper and lower plates with a hinge-pin retainer and a touring-car style foam bumper to boost durability during fast, aggressive runs.

Made to fit Slash 4x4, the kit uses aluminum low-profile body mounts for all four corners and includes 3- and 4-mm hardware for a secure installation. It employs fiberglass upper and lower plates, a hinge-pin retainer, and aluminum stand-offs to form a sturdy front end with a foam bumper for impact protection. A detailed instruction sheet guides the straightforward install, and pairing the kit with a Scalpel body and 2.8” G-Locs tires on 2.8” Rulux wheels helps maximize stability and speed on the track.
