The Regulator Stage 2 chassis conversion kit for the Clod Buster is a performance upgrade that modernizes the classic monster truck by repositioning the battery and electronics into a top-access layout for a lower center of gravity and crisper handling. Constructed around precision-machined aluminum, a fiberglass steering rack, and a heavy-duty aluminum cradle, the kit emphasizes lightweight strength and durability. It features Delrin adjustable body mounts, machined lightened chassis members with a vintage look, and hybrid hex/tubular chassis braces for added stiffness. An optional brass weight provides ballast for sanctioned competition, while a fiberglass battery hold-down with bump stops secures the pack.
