The tire itself features a chevron style tread, alternating bar configuration, and slightly recessed lugs that overlap in the center. This overlap creates a nice pad for asphalt driving or any hard surface that requires minimal deep digging. Toward the outside of the tire, the pattern opens up, allowing ample edgy tread territory to climb, crawl, or work through various conditions. Although not enormous, the size of the tire is still quite large enough to maneuver over slightly difficult terrain.

The Transporter includes a traditional open cell foam insert to support the tire compound and inner carcass.
