RM2 Heavy-Metal Grease (JCO8119)

RM2 Heavy-Metal Grease is a pro-grade, thick-viscosity lubricant from JConcepts for metal-to-metal parts in RC drivetrains. It’s ideal for ring-and-pinion gear assemblies and serves as a reliable spread for CV joints, differential out-drives, and seated O-rings, helping the drive-line run smoothly and endure demanding racing conditions.

Thanks to its thick consistency, a small amount around the circumference of gears goes a long way, and rolling the drive-line after assembly helps the grease set evenly. Coat metal pieces first and apply a light film on O-rings to prevent binding during heavy running. For CV joints, CVA units, and bone assemblies, apply a liberal amount to the barrel portion and work it into place. The grease is versatile enough for many applications, including thrust assemblies on 1/10-scale off-road differentials. It comes in a clean, convenient container and provides enough grease for several builds or rebuilds. After shake-down runs, maintain the same level of lubrication for consistent performance.
