The LocoNet WiFi Interface Module bridges a Digitrax LocoNet to a wireless network, allowing tablets and smartphones to control trains with compatible throttle apps.

Designed for flexible layouts, it supports up to four devices at once and works with most Android and iOS throttle apps. Setup is straightforward, with a single LNWI ready to run out of the box, and up to eight LNWI units can be used on a single LocoNet, with automatic SSID resolution across units. Optional WPA2 security helps protect layout operations in public environments, and on-board switches let operators customize settings. The LNWI remains fully LocoNet-compatible, enabling wireless control of locomotives by connecting a mobile device to the LNWI’s Wi‑Fi network and using your preferred throttle app on a tablet or phone.
