The Adam Drake Edition 1/8-Scale Buggy Engine and Pipe Combo from O.S. Speed is a high-performance nitro powerplant designed for competitive 1/8-scale buggy racing. Created in collaboration with champion driver Adam Drake, it combines a tuned engine with a purpose-built exhaust to deliver strong throttle response and reliable, linear power on track.

Notable details include boost bypass processing for the crankcase to sharpen throttle response and smooth operation, a lighter black-anodized cooling head with blue accents to help lower the center of gravity, and a backplate with a built-in thrust plate to reduce wear and extend engine life. The setup includes two carburetor restrictors (6.5mm for buggy and 7.5mm for truggy) along with a front steel bearing and a ceramic rear bearing for durability, plus an inner head that uses a black O-ring to reduce vibration and improve dust resistance. Together, these features deliver a linear power band, solid fuel economy, and reliable performance for both buggy and truggy racing.
