Poly Zap Glue 0.5oz (PAAPT22)

Poly-Zap Glue is a versatile, medium-viscosity adhesive designed to bond Lexan and a wide range of plastics commonly used in RC models. It also works on delrin, polycarbonate, ABS, styrene, nylon, and most acrylics, as well as films and painted surfaces. Ideal for ARF-style models, it’s well suited for Lexan car bodies, ABS canopies, fiberglass repairs, model boat parts, and automotive trim. The formula dries clear and delivers a strong, flexible bond that stands up to handling and vibration.

To use, apply small drops to one surface, then mate the parts. For long seams, place dots 1/4 to 1/2 inch apart along the entire seam on one side and join parts. Keep fingers away from joints until cured, as the glue bonds skin instantly. On clear parts, avoid using an accelerator to prevent fogging; if faster bonding is required, apply very small amounts of accelerator with a fine brush or toothpick. For fiberglass repairs, spread a thin, even layer and let cure; for critical applications, test sample joints to confirm strength.
