Recon 1/8 Buggy Tire — Blue Soft Compound is a versatile tire designed for 1/8-scale buggy racing, delivering consistent grip across a range of track conditions. Its horizontal tread features diamond-pattern bars that form ghost sections, delivering paddle-like bite as the tire flexes for confident cornering. Inside the carcass, radial ribs resist expansion to maintain a smooth, predictable feel, while directional sidewalls help present the tire to the surface for steady handling.

This 83mm set includes two blue-soft tires and JConcepts Dirt-Tech inserts, known for their gray color and durability on the race track. The Blue Soft compound offers a balanced blend of grip and wear, suitable for hard-packed and grooved layouts as well as wet, loamy, and uneven surfaces. The Recon line is available in Green (Super Soft) and Aqua (long-wear) compounds, providing additional tuning options to match different tracks and driving styles.
