Monte Carlo BLUE (RER15256)

The fully licensed 1979 Chevrolet Monte Carlo body is a highly detailed 3 piece body, featuring painted side mirrors, clear windows, a detailed interior, injection molded chrome plastic details, chrome decals, magnetic body mounts, and is LED light ready. The Monte Carlo comes in green or purple, and a clear body will also be available for purchase for those who want to do their own custom paint job. It includes authentic looking whitewall tires mounted on chrome wire spoke wheels with center knockoffs.

The Redcat Monte Carlo is the first model to utilize the new LR260 chassis, which has a solid rear axle and independent front suspension. A key feature of the new Monte Carlo is the ability to independently raise and lower each of the four wheels while driving, enabled by a total of five servos"”one for each wheel and one for steering. Additionally, the LR260 chassis is designed to accommodate hundreds of aftermarket bodies with the included optionally installed body posts.

The Redcat Monte Carlo is equipped with the LR6X six channel 2.4GHz computer radio system, which employs lowrider style switches. Specifically tailored for RC lowriders, this radio features numerous buttons, levers, and switches to operate the Monte Carlo and perform realistic lowrider tricks. The system includes individual switches for each of the four height adjustment servos, momentary switches for raising either the front or rear to maximum height, and momentary buttons for lowering either to minimum height. The layout mirrors that of a real full-sized hopper control unit, giving the driver a realistic simulation of operating a full-size hydraulically controlled lowrider.

If you haven't experienced driving a Redcat lowrider, now is the perfect time with the RTR Redcat Monte Carlo.
