The HO FGE R7 Reefer features state-of-the-art tooling and a distinct silver roof scheme. This model of the signature PRR/FGE R7 reefer is crafted with accurate details, including separate grabs and correct PRR class trucks, which include both 2D-F1 arch-bar and 2D-F8 cast variants with free-rolling turned metal wheelsets. The R7 was a significant part of the Pennsylvania Railroad's fleet, built between 1914 and 1915, and leased to the Fruit Growers Express Company starting in the early 1920s.
