Black Rear Skid Plate for Slash (RPM81242)

RPM Rear Skid Plate for the Traxxas Slash is a rugged protection plate designed to shield the truck’s rear end and chassis from impact damage during off-road use. It mounts to the stock chassis through an existing hole, so no drilling is required, and its three-point mounting system triangulates the mounts to spread impact energy over a larger area.

Instead of the stock cross-tube design, this skid plate uses a solid flat profile with large-radius transitions to let the truck slide over obstacles more smoothly while reducing hang-ups. Four thick skid rails on both the front and rear plates enhance durability and reduce sliding friction, and a full-width tail rail protects the lower transmission screw and rear bumper mount for added longevity. Available in black, blue and gray, with the gray option designed to blend with Traxxas stock gray colors.
