18 Tooth Blackened Steel 32p Pinion Gear 5mm (RRP8618)

18-tooth, 32P pinion gear in blackened high-carbon steel for 5mm motor shafts, designed for demanding RC applications. Heat-treated for added hardness, it resists wear and delivers durable power transfer when paired with metal spur gears. Each pinion is precision machined and stamped with the number of teeth for easy identification.

Includes a 4mm set screw, and installation requires a 2mm Allen wrench (not included). Compatible with motors using a 5mm shaft, including Traxxas, Associated, and HPI models, making it a versatile choice for heavy-duty setups. The 32P pitch can be used with .8-module gears without adverse effects such as increased noise or wear, though .8-module gears have a slightly larger outside diameter per tooth. For 1/8 inch shaft motors, a reducer sleeve may be required.
