19 Tooth Blackened Steel 32p Pinion Gear 5mm (RRP8619)

This 19-tooth pinion gear is a 32-pitch, 5mm-shaft option designed to tune gear ratios on RC cars and trucks when paired with metal spur gears. The blackened steel finish provides durability for demanding runs while keeping mesh smooth and precise.

Made from extra-hard high-carbon steel and heat-treated for maximum hardness, this pinion resists wear under heavy use. It includes one 4mm set screw for secure mounting, while a 2mm Allen wrench is required for installation but not included. Compatible with 5mm-shaft motors from common brands such as Traxxas, Associated, and HPI, it’s suitable for heavy-duty applications. Note that 32-pitch gears can be used with 0.8 module gears without increased noise or wear, and some 1/8" shaft motors may require a reducer sleeve for proper fit.
