23 Tooth Blackened Steel 32p Pinion Gear 5mm (RRP8623)

Extra-Hard 23-Tooth 32P Pinion Gear for 5mm Shafts. This blackened high-carbon steel pinion is built for durability in demanding RC car setups. Heat-treated to increase surface hardness, it’s designed to pair with metal spur gears for reliable, long-lasting performance in heavy-load applications.

The gear is precision-machined for 32-pitch gearing and includes a 4mm set screw to secure it on a 5mm motor shaft (a 2mm Allen wrench is not included). It fits 5mm shafts used in motors for popular brands such as Traxxas, Associated, and HPI, and can be run with 32P gears alongside 0.8 module gears without introducing extra noise or wear, since 0.8 module gears have a slightly larger outside diameter per tooth. For motors with a 1/8-inch shaft, a reducer sleeve may be required to adapt the fit.
