This 26-tooth, 32-pitch pinion gear for 5mm shafts is finished in blackened steel for rugged durability. Crafted from high-carbon steel and heat-treated to boost surface hardness, it stands up to heavy‑duty use when paired with metal spur gears in RC vehicles that run on 5mm shaft motors.

It is precision machined and stamped with the tooth count for quick identification. The package includes one 4mm set screw for secure mounting (a 2mm Allen wrench is needed to tighten it but not included). Compatible with 5mm shaft motors from popular brands such as Traxxas, Associated, and HPI, it’s well-suited for heavy‑duty applications. Note that 32-pitch gears can be used with .8 module gears without adverse effects on noise or wear, though the outside diameter per tooth is slightly larger.
