Extra Hard Steel Pinion Gear 5mm Bore Mod0.8 15T (RRP8715)

Extra-Hard Steel Pinion Gear, 5mm bore, 0.8 module, 15-tooth, is a high-durability drive pinion designed for brushless RC car motors. Precision-machined from high-carbon steel, it’s built to withstand demanding use and long runs.

Designed for use with a 5mm motor shaft, the pinion includes a 4mm set screw; a 2mm Allen wrench is not included but fits the screw. For 1/8" shaft motors, a 5mm to 1/8" reducer sleeve is required. It’s compatible with both 32-pitch gears and 0.8-module gears, and these can be used together with no adverse effects such as increased noise or wear. Note that 0.8-module gears have a slightly larger outside diameter per tooth—about 0.00027 inches—compared with 32-pitch gears.
