DSMX Carbon Fiber Remote Receiver (SPM9746)

The DSMX Carbon Fiber Remote Receiver is a Spektrum satellite receiver that adds an extra receiving point to a DSMX system, enabling flexible placement and extended range in models with remote receiver ports. Its case design provides improved strain relief for the antenna lead, and the repositionable antenna can exit the case from the side or the top to fit into tight airframes. Fully compatible with DSMX and DSM2 transmitters, it works with any Spektrum main receiver that offers one or more remote receiver ports and includes a 24-inch extension to simplify mounting in cramped spaces.

Designed for carbon-fiber fuselage aircraft, where carbon fiber can shield RF and shorten range, the remote receiver uses an antenna arrangement that places the active element outside the airframe to preserve reception. It pairs well with AR636, AR7350, AR9350, carbon-fuselage receivers, telemetry receivers, and PowerSafe receivers. The kit includes a 24-inch extension, with longer or shorter extensions available in 6, 9, 12, 24, and 36 inches to tailor placement. Note that DSMX remote receivers must be used with a DSMX main receiver.
