Inside, a durable all-metal gear train driven by a long-lasting coreless motor sits in a full aluminum case to help keep operating temperatures down and reduce deadband. Bearing-supported gears provide smooth, repeatable motion, while over-current and temperature protection guards against faults. At 8.4V input it delivers up to 8.3 kg-cm (115 oz-in) of torque with a rapid 0.078-second per 60° response, and a 200–333 Hz operating range supports crisp control on sailplanes.
