Spektrum 7.4V 650mAh 2S 15C Smart G2 Receiver LiPo Battery (SPMX-1052)

Spektrum Smart G2 2S LiPo Receiver Battery, 7.4V, 650mAh, 15C, is a compact two-cell pack designed to power Spektrum-compatible RC receivers. Built around Smart G2 technology, it communicates key data to a compatible Smart charger through the IC3 data wire, so balance charging can be done with a single connection and no separate balance lead is required. When used with a Spektrum Smart charger, the battery’s memory automatically provides charging parameters and health information for a safer, simpler charge experience.

Beyond easy charging, Smart G2 batteries are designed for longevity: they automatically discharge to a safe storage voltage of 3.90V after 72 hours of inactivity, with auto-discharge up to 1.5A to reach that level. The pack features thicker internal metal side plates to improve heat dissipation and protect the cells, while an integrated microchip stores essential data such as capacity, cell count, temperature, cycles, and performance logs. The IC3 connector is backward compatible with EC3-style plugs, and Smart Chargers are required to access the full smart features for a streamlined, data-rich charging experience.
