This 5,000mAh, 7.4V 2S hard-case LiPo battery delivers 30C of discharge for RC models that need dependable power. It uses Spektrum Smart G2 technology and an IC3 plug, designed to make charging easy and safe with a compatible Smart charger. Balancing information travels through the IC3 data wire, so a separate balance lead isn’t required.

An on-board microchip stores essential data for the battery—brand, chemistry, capacity, C rating, cell voltages, temperature, and cycle history—along with logs of health events. The pack features thicker internal metal side plates to improve heat dissipation and protect cells during rough landings. It automatically discharges to a safe storage voltage (3.9V) after 72 hours of inactivity, helping extend life and maintain performance. When connected to a Spektrum Smart charger, the battery’s parameters upload to the charger automatically, guiding charging, with adjustable charge rates if desired.
