Spektrum Smart G2 50C LiPo Battery — 5000mAh, 4S — is a high-performance, intelligent power source for RC cars, boats, planes and other hobby vehicles. It’s available in IC3 or IC5 data-connector variants, including a hardcase version for added durability, and is designed to pair with Spektrum Smart Chargers for safer, simpler charging.

Smart G2 technology communicates through the data wire to a Spektrum Smart Charger (a Smart Charger is required), enabling balance charging with a single connection and automatically applying the pack’s charging parameters. The integrated microchip stores key details such as capacity, C rating, cell voltages, temperature, and cycle history, along with a log of safety events to help monitor health. After 72 hours of inactivity, the pack discharges to a safe storage voltage (adjustable), and the IC3/IC5 connectors are backwards compatible with EC connectors. The hardcase version offers rugged protection for transport and rough use, while the 50C rating provides strong power when performance matters.
