Spektrum Smart G2 2S LiPo battery, 7.4V 810mAh with a 50C continuous discharge rating, is a high-drain pack designed for demanding RC applications. It uses the IC2 data-wire connector to enable balance charging through a single connection to a Spektrum Smart Charger, so no separate balance lead is required.

Inside is an integrated microchip that stores key data for each battery—capacity, C rating, cell voltages, temperature and cycles—and logs health events. When paired with a Smart Charger, the battery automatically uploads its charging parameters and health information, simplifying setup. It also features Smart Auto Storage, discharging to a safe 3.90V after 72 hours of inactivity (up to 1.5A) to maximize life, and the memory remembers the last charging rate for effortless, repeatable sessions.
