The Avian 4260-480Kv Outrunner Brushless Motor is a high-performance motor designed for fixed-wing RC aircraft. It delivers fast throttle response and strong torque, making it ideal for upgrading from brushed systems or powering new electric builds, with operation on 5–6S LiPo packs (about 18.5–22.2V) and propeller options from 13x10 to 15x8.

Built around a 14-pole stator with rare-earth magnets, the motor is lightweight and efficient, and features double-shielded bearings for lasting reliability. It includes essential hardware—preinstalled gold-plated bullet connectors, an aluminum motor mount, a prop adapter, and female ESC connectors—and pairs well with a Spektrum Avian 60A ESC. Ideal for electric conversions of glow or combustion models, it delivers up to 810W, supports up to 60A continuous (105A burst), and is designed to promote airflow through the motor for cooling, making it suitable for mid-sized fixed-wing airframes in the roughly 6–9.5 lb range.
