Introducing the S1500 DC Smart Charger—a high-power, portable charger designed to rapidly recharge large LiPo and NiMH packs. Delivering up to 500 watts of charging power, it handles big cells with ease. Its compact size makes it easy to carry in a bag or pocket, so you can take it to the field, track, or anywhere fast, reliable charging is needed.

For Spektrum Smart batteries with IC3 or IC5 connectors, the charger can read battery data from the pack’s memory and display it on a bright LCD screen to help you review health and charging parameters before you start. It can also charge standard non-Smart packs. The 2.4-inch LCD with auto-brightness stays legible in bright light, and the enhanced scroll wheel makes setup quick and precise. A built-in cooling fan helps keep temperatures safe, and protections guard against heat, reverse polarity, short circuit, over-current, and low input voltage, with a safety timer for added security. Power can come from a Spektrum power supply or any compatible DC source using the included IC3 power cable adapter, and USB plus a software update port support firmware updates.
