Firma 85A Black Edition Brushless Smart ESC V2 for 2S-3S (SPMXSE2085)

The Firma 85A Black Edition Brushless Smart ESC is a Spektrum Smart electronic speed controller that powers brushless motors while communicating with other Smart components for peak RC system performance. It delivers plug-and-play simplicity and a one-wire telemetry path, sending real-time data such as RPM, battery voltage, temperature, and capacity directly to the transmitter.

Designed for 2S–3S LiPo setups in 1/10-scale 2WD and 4WD surface models, it features a fast 32-bit ARM M4 processor for precise motor control, a rugged plastic case with mounting tabs, an aluminum heatsink, and a cooling fan for efficiency. Multiple programming options are available—button programming, the Smart ESC Programming Box, and the Smart Link USB updater—along with a high-current BEC adjustable to 6V or 7.4V up to 4A and waterproof construction. It is backward compatible with EC3/EC5 connectors, and one-wire telemetry streams key battery data to the radio for real-time monitoring and on-the-fly tuning.
