Firma 40A Lite Brushed Smart ESC for 1/10 Scale RC Models (SPMXSE40)

The Spektrum Firma 40A Brushed Smart ESC is a waterproof electronic speed control designed for 1/10-scale RC models with brushed motors. It handles up to 40A continuous current and supports 2S–3S LiPo packs, making it a versatile choice for crawlers, scalers, and on- or off-road racers. As part of the Spektrum Smart ecosystem, it provides built-in telemetry over a single wire and includes integrated LED light outputs with two light strings (red and white) for easy lighting upgrades.

Programming is flexible and accessible: use the Smart ESC Programming Box or Smart Link USB PC app to tailor performance, or enable Text Gen Telemetry from a compatible transmitter for real-time adjustments. It features multi-point protections (over-current, LiPo low-voltage cutoff, thermal protection, and failsafe), an aluminum heatsink for efficient cooling, and a compact form that installs without soldering. The BEC can be set to 6V or 7.4V at up to 4A, reliably powering receivers and lighting as needed.
