TRF421 Chassis Kit (TAM42384)

TRF421 Chassis Kit is a premium 1/10-scale touring car chassis designed for serious track competition. Built around a carbon fiber, dual-deck 4WD layout, it combines a refreshed drivetrain with a redesigned lower deck to deliver speed and stability on the track. The kit offers a choice between one-piece and two-piece upper decks to tailor chassis flex, and features updated suspension geometry to keep the car planted through corners. The drivetrain uses front direct coupling and a rear oil-filled differential, with equal-length front and rear drive belts for stable drivability, while a streamlined spur-gear attachment eases maintenance. A carrying case is included for convenient transport and organization.

Designed for precise tuning, the kit uses rigid A-shaped front and rear suspension arms and longer lower arms to improve stability during roll, with shorter dampers to lower the center of gravity and reduce weight. Dampers mount to aluminum stays and offer three pivot positions for accurate damping control, while uprights provide adjustable toe and camber and front and rear caster angles can be tuned for high-downforce handling. Sealed ball bearings and updated drive components help ensure smooth operation and reliable performance on demanding track conditions.
