The 1/10 scale RC Buggy Champ (2009 re-release) is a faithful revival of the classic off-road racer, updated with modern build quality and refined metal moldings. This reissue preserves the original layout while adding a transparent mechanism box to shield the electronics and battery. The white polystyrene body can be painted with plastic model paints, and front grooved tires paired with rear tires that have a block-tread pattern deliver solid grip on varied terrain.

Centered on a 2mm FRP chassis plate with an aluminum reinforcing plate for strength and flexibility, the Buggy Champ offers stable handling during aggressive driving. A four-wheel independent suspension—with front double trailing arms and rear swing axle—pairs with die-cast suspension arms and oil dampers for smooth, controlled performance. Electronics and the main battery are protected by a clear plastic mechanism box, and full ball bearings reduce friction for efficient operation. The 3-piece center-lock wheels securely mount grooved front tires and rear tires with a block tread pattern, boosting traction on demanding off-road courses.
