The 1/10-scale Porsche 911 Carrera RSR 2.8 BT-01 2WD Touring Car Kit is a radio-controlled model designed to faithfully reproduce the midship rear-motor, rear-wheel-drive layout of the real car. Built around the BT-01 chassis, the kit guides builders to assemble the chassis in a short-wheelbase MR configuration to deliver authentic handling and responsive throttle in turns and straightaways.

With the BT-01 chassis, you can choose between two wheelbase options and a front- or rear-wheel-drive arrangement. Switching between FR and MR is straightforward: adjust final gears and steering linkage without removing the battery, motor, or RC gear from the center frame. The lightweight polycarbonate body recreates the Porsche 911 Carrera RSR 2.8, featuring silver wheels (front narrow, rear wide) with separate red wheel caps and racing slick tires, plus a separately molded side mirror. The kit includes a 540 brushed motor and ESC, and relies on a four-wheel double wishbone suspension with a symmetric layout and friction dampers, with modular sections like the motor mount, final gears, and suspension to simplify assembly and maintenance.
