Direct Drive System Set for 22 (TLR332043)

Direct Drive System for 22-series RC cars replaces the slipper clutch to deliver a more direct power transfer and a lighter drivetrain. By removing the slipper, rotating mass is reduced by more than 9 grams (about 48% less than a standard slipper assembly), resulting in sharper throttle response and quicker acceleration on 2WD buggy and 2WD truck/SCT configurations.

Machined from 7075-T6 aluminum and hard anodized for durability, the top shaft and spur hubs are precision engineered and the top shaft is shorter than traditional designs to further reduce rotating mass. Included are 69-tooth and 75-tooth spur gears for common 2WD gearing, with 66-tooth and 72-tooth options available separately. Designed for 17.5T spec motors, it is not compatible with 13.5T or modified motors.
