The Traxxas 400 High Torque Metal Gear Waterproof Brushless Servo is engineered to deliver maximum steering authority and comes packed with high-performance features. This servo is constructed with full metal gears and dual ball bearings, while its aluminum center section enhances heat dissipation. Its advanced brushless motor produces an impressive torque of 400 ounce-inches, making it ideal for extreme applications.

With over three times the torque of the standard #2075 servo, the High-Torque 400 offers quicker turning speeds and is compatible with Traxxas Stability Management equipped vehicles. This servo is an excellent upgrade for demanding applications, such as the Unlimited Desert Racer, Slash, Stampede, or virtually any 1/10 Traxxas model that requires superior performance. For the E-Revo, one #2255 servo can replace the dual servos, providing lighter weight, enhanced torque, and rapid steering response.

Unlike simply "water resistant" servos, the Traxxas High-Torque 400 is fully waterproof, enabling users to operate confidently in various water conditions without concern. This allows for seamless navigation through streams and bogs, avoiding the limitations faced by vehicles reliant on "water resistant" technology.

For TRX-4 installations, the High-Torque 400 represents a significant performance upgrade. It is necessary to pair this servo with the High-Voltage BEC kit (TRA2262), and using a steel servo horn (TRA8247X) is recommended. The installation process is straightforward, featuring plug-and-play simplicity. The BEC kit comes with a larger receiver box cover to preserve waterproof integrity and includes a Y harness for vehicles equipped with LED light kits.

This servo is compatible with most Traxxas 1/10 scale electric models and those utilizing rechargeable 5-cell battery packs in nitro models, but it is not recommended for the X-Maxx.
