The Traxxas Traxx Deep-Terrain Track Set is the ultimate upgrade for enhancing traction on the Traxxas TRX-4 Kit. Designed to tackle any terrain, these treaded tracks enable the TRX-4 to maneuver through rugged landscapes with ease, making it nearly unstoppable.

This set raises the portal axle over 16mm, significantly increasing ground clearance and allowing the vehicle to straddle larger obstacles on the trail. Each track features large contact patches and grippy treads that effectively shed mud and glide over deep sand. An adjustable tension wheel maintains tightness in the treads, while suspended road wheels adapt to surface irregularities to provide maximum traction.

Engineered for smooth and rugged performance, each drive unit is equipped with oil-filled dampers that control rotational movements, ensuring optimal surface contact. The extended rear drive units allow for confident climbing on steep inclines. The Traxx Deep-Terrain Set is perfect for conquering any environment, including mud, sand, and snow.

This fully assembled set installs in just minutes and features oil-filled coilover dampers, sealed bearings, and low-maintenance self-lubricating bushings. The specially designed one-piece rubber treads prevent de-tracking while significantly enhancing the vehicle's approach angles and ground clearance. The package includes four deep-terrain tracks and eight cap head screws, all conveniently stored in a reusable molded foam box.

For optimal performance, a High-Torque 400oz-in servo and a High-Output BEC are recommended in all conditions. Some models may require slight body trimming; using the TRX-4 Long-Arm Lift Kit can reduce this need while further increasing ground clearance. For TRX-4 models with T-Locks, locking the front and rear differentials is advised for the best traction.
