Introducing the Tsunami2 TSU-2200 DCC Sound Decoder for HO-to-S scale locomotives—a versatile sound module designed to fit a wide range of models and deliver crisp, authentic engine sounds with realistic operation.

Easy to install and flexible, the TSU-2200 is a 2-amp universal-style decoder that can plug into models with a DCC quick plug or NMRA 8-pin plug via a 9-pin JST harness, and includes a CurrentKeeper to maintain performance on dirty tracks. The onboard sound library covers a broad spectrum of locomotive audio, including 10 exhaust chuffs, up to 12 prime movers per profile, up to 12 bells, 90 whistles, and 40+ air horns, plus extra cues like couplers, dynamos and cab chatter. Dynamic Digital Exhaust automatically adjusts exhaust output to reflect throttle load and grade, delivering added realism as the locomotive works uphill or cruises on flat track. Additional realism can be achieved by incorporating functioning brakes, injectors, power reverse, and firebox flicker.
