Currie F9 Front Axle for SCX10-II (VPS07852)

The Currie F9 Front Axle for the Axial SCX10-II is a high-strength aluminum upgrade designed to replace the stock front axle, delivering a more scale-accurate appearance and improved durability. Fully licensed by Currie Enterprises, this front axle features an integrated C-hub design for a cleaner, more scale look, threaded chromoly steel C-hub inserts for stronger threads, double shear shock mounts, and an integrated Panhard mount. Upper-link mounts are built into the third member, with increased upper-link clearance to support more suspension travel while remaining compatible with factory Axial SCX10-II links.

Included components add a complete installation: the kit comes with the Currie front housing, bearing retainers, the third member, threaded inserts, an instruction sheet, and the hardware required for assembly. It does not include axle shafts, hexes, ring and pinion, or locker. Note that due to the gear design in the SCX10-II axles, proper shimming of the pinion gear may be required for optimal results.
